Due to globalization our world is becoming smaller and smaller. The smaller it becomes, the bigger is the need to understand people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Linda Kubacakova has lived and worked in the Middle East, namely in Dubai in thé United Arab Emirates for 11 years. She was a part of the Award winning and the fastest growing airline in the world, Emirates Airline. As a Cabin Service Director, Linda has managed an international cabin crew on board. Throughout her Emirates career she has worked with over 100 nationalities worldwide which anabled her to learn about over 100 different cultures, mentalities, working ethics and various approaches to the world and its people.
As a part of her Emirates career, Linda has traveled the world and gained an insight into peoples' lives, cultures, and attitudes.
At her Cross Cultural Workshops she would like to share her cultural understanding and experiences with you, while introducing you to various cultures, their fundamentals, strengths, views, and also challenges.
Linda has been able to integrate her years of working in the multicultural environment with her knowledge and passion of cultural diversity and interaction into a successful learning program.
