Linda Kubacakova has lived and worked in the Middle East, namely in Dubai in thé United Arab Emirates for 11 years. She was a part of the Award winning and the fastest growing airline in the world, Emirates Airline. As a Cabin Service Director, Linda has managed an international cabin crew on board.
One of Linda's main tasks was to lead and develop cabin crew while using her coaching skills. Providing coaching feedback was one of the main pillars of cabin crew career assessment and development. Throughout her Emirates career she has helped many Emirates employees to reach their career goals while being promoted to more senior positions.
